Last month I traveled to Germany and stayed at your hotel with my husband. I expected for more and I was very disappointed from what I went through. I am writing to you because I wish to complain about the bad service that your hotel offered.
First of all, during the trip your guide wasn't friendly enough and his explanations weren't comprehensible. he allways was nervous and his behavior made us feel inconvenience. When we asked him questions he refused to reply and ignored us.
Moreover, the room service at the hotel was quite disappoint. Every time I wished to be served, it took them more than an hour to serve me. The room was uncomfortable and dirty and the food was repulsive. During the trip we just wished that this nightmare came to an end, and we got back to home.
