Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a 25 year old student in the university, and I am planning a trip to the U. S during my spring break. I am writing to you because I would like receive some information about your organized tour to the U.S. I would like my trip to be fascinating and interesting.

In my vacation I would like to visit the most popular museums. I am sure that these museums will inspire me and make my trip more interesting. Moreover, I am interested in an extreme type of vacation combined with a lot of fun. There are special places that I would like to visit, like the Central Park Zoo and the Broadway Theater
.
In addition, I would like to know the cost of this kind of vacation. Can you give us information about the hotels there and their costs? I am interested in quality hotels that would give me the best service.
.
I would be grateful if you could reply as soon as possible. I am looking forward to this trip.

Sincerely yours,
Sara Ishakbayev.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

A week ago I read in the local newspaper that your radio station is looking for a subject for a new program for teenagers. I am writing to you because I would like to suggest an idea for this program. In my opinion, the most suitable subject for teenagers is love.

In your radio program you will help teenagers with their love life or with the difficulties that they may have in a relationship. The program allows you to talk with many teenagers and permit them to tell their problems or worries in this issue. As a result, the listeners can advise or share their opinion. In the same way listeners can get advise too.

In my opinion, this subject is important and many teens will be interested because love is a feeling that is common in our age. We can't control this feeling and sometime it makes us lose control. For this reason, I think that this radio program will help many teenagers to deal with their feelings and conflicts.

Finally, I hope that you will fing a good subject that will interest teenagers.
I will be grateful if you consider my suggestion seriously because I think this program will be successful if you choose it.

Yours truly,
Sara Ishakbayev

"Gadna" Week

"Gadna" Week is a challenging opportunity that has been given to students in the 11th grade. This week caused us know a little more about the army, it prepares us for the army activities. 3 months ago I participated in this trip and I have to admit that now I understand the real meaning of the army.

First of all, we arrived to a military base that is located in the south and on the first day we were given uniforms and divided in to groups. I felt proud to wear the army uniform. Everything there was like the real army, we slept in tents, that were a bit crowded and the shower stall was common to all the girls, it made me feel uncomfortable. The meals included basic food that I am not used to eat but after 2 days I started to adapt to all these new things.

Furthermore, the most thing that I was concerned about was the physical activities. The commander ordered us to run around the base in limited time and if someone didn't obey the order, the commander ordered him to do a few sit-ups. During the second and the third day we did physical activities, that were exhausting, but I have to admit that I surprised my self. I succeeded in all the tasks and sometimes I did them better than the boys. The most interesting and exciting days were the fourth and fifth days when we learned about the rifle. It was so exciting to shoot, I felt like a real soldier.

Finally, the "Gadna" Week was an unforgetable trip that gave me a lot of experience and information that will help me in the future. I enjoyed a lot to participate in this trip and I had a grate opportunity to know new friends. it was wonderful.
